From Never Working Out to Hitting PRS
When she came to me, she hadn’t worked out since the 2nd grade. She came in ready to learn and now can deadlift her body weight, squat with perfect form and there’s no telling how far shell go. To say I’m proud of her is an understatement

After 6 months (4 online/ in quarantine), this wonderful young woman is confident to have pictures taken, to look in the mirror and like what she sees, and to take on whatever life brings. I wish you could see just how high she holds her head now and how proud she is of the work she has done.
